DIRECT SALES REPS
Columbus, OH · Full Time
Salary Range: 24K base plus 30K in additional commission.

Direct Sales Representatives are responsible for outside sales and marketing of Insight Products and services - Digital Cable, Telephone, and High Speed Internet - to residential non-customers; and upgrade existing customers.
JOB DUTIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
· Responsible for outside residential sales and marketing of insight products and services.
· Responsible for sales of non-subscribers and upgrading existing customers.
· Meet weekly performance standards as specified by Sales Manager.
· Present products and pricing in the manner prescribed by Insight.
· Complete all reports on a timely basis and attend all scheduled meetings.
· Follow through on all orders and return inquiring customer calls promptly.
· Maintain reliable transportation.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
· High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
· 2 - 3 years experience in sales environment, customer service, and/or telesales is preferred.
· High level of self-motivation.
· Ability to effectively communicate with external customers and fellow employees.
· Must have reliable transportation and good driving record.
