| POSITION: Direct Sales Representative | | REPORTS TO: Sales Manager | | LOCATION: Columbus, OH |
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: | - Responsible for canvassing door-to-door during hours and days specified by Sales Manager as needed to achieve sales goals.
- Responsible for upgrading existing customers and some sales of non-subscribers.
- Meet weekly performance standards as specified by Sales Manager.
- Present product and price in the manner prescribed by the company.
- Represent the company in a professional manner.
- Report daily as specified by Sales Manager.
- Complete all reports on a timely basis and attend all scheduled meetings.
- Follow through on all orders.
- Maintain reliable transportation.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: | - High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Two to three years of experience in office/sales environment.
- High level of self-motivation.
- Ability to work in extreme weather conditions
- Ability to effectively communicate with external customers and fellow employees.
