Job Description As Team Manger you will: · Be the primary manager of issue escalations including Branch Escalations, Internet Escalations. · Provide research and analysis of each incident and reports out to management with results and action plans. · Coordinate resolution with vendor and ensures that action plans are carried out. · Communicate with customer to ensure proper flow of information of the action plan and resolution. · Document all aspects for future use. · Responsible for the management of ATM Monitoring staff including training, feedback/coaching, and quality monitoring · Coordinate resolution of chronic ATMs as detected through Gasper thresholds and reporting · Work with other level2 operations analysts to identify root cause and follow through each case to resolution · Coordinate action plan with vendors · Report and track software issues with appropriate technical teams · Ensure proper communication to all necessary parties · Make recommendations for changes to process/policies and Gasper business rules to attain better efficiencies and assist in driving to implementation · Provide coordination for development and management of project/conversion/installation schedules for all areas of ATM Monitoring · Work with various groups to develop, maintain and execute schedules to complete all assigned projects for ATM Monitoring. · Primary focal for analysis of data for reporting out on Vendor Performance · Primary focal for gathering requirements and developing specs for reports coming from ATM Monitoring/Gasper
Qualifications · 2 years experience with ATMs · Bachelors degree (preferred) · Ability to analyze and troubleshoot large sets of data · Communicate results to various levels of management · Ability to train, mentor and coach team members.
