Brief Description
This Retail Investment Associate Team Leader position is FT, Exempt. Primary responsibilities are cultivating sales as well as coaching and mentoring licensed bankers.
Detailed Description
Our Retail Investment Associate Team Leaders provide "Simply the Best" customer service at all times.
In this position, you will be responsible for sales and coaching which will be achieved by executing the following daily activities:
· Coaching and mentoring licensed bankers
· Cultivating great bank relationships by being visible daily in assigned banking offices
· Making outbound sales phone calls
· Following up on sales leads
· Assisting in closing business
· Maintaining compliance with all Huntington Investment Company, HNB and HBI policies as it pertains to job duties.
Job Requirements
Basic Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree
· Must have a minimum of 1-3 years of investment sales experience
· Series 6 license and Life and Health License required
Other Traits and Characteristics
· Must obtain Series 7 license within six (6) months of date of hire.
· Must obtain Series 65 and/or 66 within one (1) year of date of hire.
· Ability to make professional sales presentations and be able to build credibility with Huntington's client base.
· Proven analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team and as an individual contributor.
· Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills required.
· Must have excellent written and verbal (face-to-face and phone) communication skills including professional grammar and demeanor.
· Direct outside financial sales experience preferred.
· Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
· Ability to multi-task.
· PC and internet proficiency.
