Job Description You as a Financial Advisor will -
· The Retail Investment Officer is responsible for overall achievement of investment product sales and service goals in an assigned market through individual sales and coaching/development of bank employees.
· Accountable for achievement of assigned market goals established for investment product sales, volume, and gross revenue generation per month.
· Provide ongoing investment sales skills coaching and product training to a team of retail bank employees to achieve desired results.
· Drive sales and service excellence by ensuring behaviors and practices are aligned with the bank's objectives and adhere to all regulatory requirements.
· Profile clients and sell appropriate investment products to individual customers, maintain and grow a personal book of business.
· Ensure licensed platform employees deliver quality investment advice and service.
You and your skills
· Series 7 and 63, and 65 or 66 required, Series 24 preferred
· State life and health insurance license
· Advanced degree/certification (CFP) preferred
· Minimum of five years of experience in the Financial Services area with a demonstrated sales success in investment and asset management products
· Leadership and management experience in a team environment strongly preferred
· Proven group presentation skills and excellent time management a plus.
· Bachelor's Degree preferred
