Job Description
As a Loan Shipper, will assist in the shipping of loans post-closing. This involves requesting and returning of files from CMMC central records center, maintaining accurate tracking of files via Excel spreadsheet, identifying and collating documents following a file stacking order, and overseeing workflow of temporary/contract staff.
· Opening and distributing closed packages
· Distributing mail
· Review loans for accuracy
· Get files out in a quaility / timely manner
· Track files via Excel spreadsheet
· Ships files/ trailing documents out through courier services
Qualifications
· High school diploma or equivalent
· At least one year of computer experience
· Excellent communication and organization skills
· Familiarity with standard office equipment
