ARAMARK Healthcare is looking for a Gift Shop Coordinator at a leading Medical Center in Dublin, Ohio.
As the Gift Shop Lead Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following areas:
· Order inventory and receive specialty products for the gift shop.
· Display seasonal as well as year-round merchandise to be sold in gift shop to optimize sales.
· Train and develop employees in suggestive selling for gift shop.
· Ideal candidates must be able to demonstrate a genuine approach to customer service that exceeds customer's expectations
· Accurate cash handling experience is required
· Demonstrate professionalism while interacting with employees, patients, and visitors of the MedicalCenter is essential to our environment
Qualifications
Requirements include:
· Ideal candidates will possess 2+ years of retail experience in a lead or senior associate role, preferably in a gift shop
· The ability to focus on customer services is essential to success in this role
· Effective and positive customer service and communication skills.
· Accurate cash handling experience is required
