What End User Client Support contributes to Cardinal Health

End User Client Support is responsible for fulfilling client requests, resolving technical problems, and responding to questions in accordance to Service Level objectives, process and procedures.

What is expected of you for success in your role

· Requires proficient knowledge of desktop hardware and peripherals, software and network fundamentals.
· Requires proficient knowledge of tools, applications, and standard operating procedures used in a technical help desk or call center.
· Document resolution to common technical issues and problems within service level agreement timelines.
· Applies technical knowledge and problem solving skills to resolve common technical issues and problems.

Qualifications

· Uses deep subject matter/functional expertise, influence and process skills to help internal/external customers and stakeholders identify and meet their high priority needs while considering cultural and diversity implications.
· Jointly develops practical implementation plans that consider cultural sensitivities with other accountable parties.
· Encourages informed Risk-taking and acts as a catalyst for innovation at Cardinal Health; generates practical, sustainable and creative options to solve problems and create business opportunities, while maximizing existing resources.
· Proactively develops and maintains technical knowledge in specialized area(s), remaining up-to-date on current trends and best practices;
· Performs assessments and listens to internal/external customers to understand and anticipate their needs and determine their priorities in the context of the overall enterprise.

Accountabilities in this role

Qualifications
· Bachelor's Degree in a Computer Science, Business or related discipline preferred
· Minimum 2 years related experience required.
· Microsoft standard desktop applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Exchange, Visio, Project.
