Position Description

At Lowe's we are seeking qualified applicants for the following Store Management positions:

OPERATIONS MANAGER
ADMINSTRATIVE MANAGER
SALES MANAGER
ZONE MANAGER

SUMMARY OF POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
OPERATIONS MANAGER

Reports directly to the Store Manager and typically assumes store operations responsibility in the absence of the Store Manager. This position is responsible for achieving budgeted sales, margins and managing all expenses. The Operation Manager is responsible for the oversight of Zone Managers, Sales Floor personnel, Delivery, Receiving, RTM, Stocking, Assembly, Product Service Associate(s), and Pricing. Ensures customer service, merchandising, operational, safety and security standards are met.

ADMINSTRATIVE MANAGER

Reports to the Store Manager. Responsible for overall operational integrity of the store, which includes but is not limited to, achievement of budgeted inventory shrink goals and acceptable Operational Review System performance scores. Ensure Policy & Procedure compliance on a daily basis, control overall store expenses. Oversees all front end operational functions and ensures all assigned employees are trained.

SALES MANAGER

Reports to the Store Manager. Responsible for achieving sales and margin budgets by managing the growth and profitability of retail and specialty sales initiatives (i.e. Commercial, Installed and Special Order Sales). Responsible for managing all Sales Specialists' performance while working to achieve budgeted departmental sales goals, ensure maximum productivity by monitoring sales as compared to payroll expense, identifying sales opportunities, and setting the standard for providing exceptional service.

ZONE MANAGER
Typically reports to the store Operations Manager. Responsible for achieving budgeted sales and margins in assigned area. Responsible for ensuring all merchandising standards are maintained including but not limited to merchandise resets, zone recovery, freight flow, daily inventory replenishment, price integrity, promotional and seasonal sets, merchandise displays, product literature and housekeeping. Responsible for the overall safety, security, supervision, training, mentoring, and scheduling of assigned personnel. Ensure superior customer service is provided daily across the store.

Successful candidates for all positions will be required to demonstrate superior customer service by greeting and acknowledging customers in a friendly, professional manner and provide responsive customer service.

Position Requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
· 2-5 years of "Big Box" grocery, home improvement or applicable retail management experience.
· Management experience in an environment where annual sales were similar to an average Lowe's Home Improvement Store of approximate $35 million.
· Demonstrated experience supervising employees in a store with an employee base similar to an average Lowe's Home Improvement Store of approximately 100 - 150 employees.
· Must be available to work a variety of shifts including nights and weekends.
· Must be proficient in operating all applicable equipment, according to company standards. Able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
