Detailed Description
Responsible for supporting the Process Improvement and Syndications Team.
· Process improvement team responsibilities would include ad hoc reporting needs: aiding in process improvement ideas and implementation; researching problems and taking action to correct; and providing technical support to Business Unit, Management and others as needed.
· Syndication Team responsibilities would include processing of payments and draws for Agented deals: preparation of syndication offering memos including assembling and writing portions of the OM; coordination and organization of bank meetings (facility rental, hotel rooms, etc.) and reconciling transactions.
· General administrative support duties for both teams
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a technical or business related field required
Demonstrated project management skills, Commercial Loan Product, AFS and origination process knowledge. Extensive knowledge and experience using Microsoft Access, and Excel. Experience using Crystal Reports and SDLC, Knowledge of CRISP desired. Knowledge of other Huntington systems such as tremolo, profit tool, etc helpful. General understanding of SQL or similar query language. Understanding or ability to learn complex business processes. Clear and accurate communications, both verbal and written. Must be able to effectively communication complex issues. Ability to participate in and foster a teamwork environment. Strong analytical problem solving skills, Ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks.
