Description

Unit Manager - Statement Insertion Tuesday - Friday 8pm-6:30am
• Daily management and supervision of Credit Card Statement processing unit in accordance with procedural, quality, productivity and timeliness standards.
• Lead Compliance efforts including RCSA testing and acting as a ARR liaison.
• Manage staffing, process workflow and projects as assigned.
• Directly lead a team of 15-25 associates to achieve team and performance goals.
• Provide leadership, guidance and feedback on individual performance.
• Create and foster a trusting and engaging work environment by ensuring a culture of accountability, integrity and respect.

Specifications / Qualifications
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Previous Experience handling compliance related processes.
• Minimum 3 years people management experience in a high-speed, deadline driven production environment.
• Proven management skills including capacity planning and analysis, forecasting and project management.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and Word and intermediate Access and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated ability to learn new computer software packages and programs.
