Meridian Managed Technologies, a leader in the office equipment/document management industry, is seeking to fill a newly created full time position as Client Solutions Advisor to work in our Westerville office.
The successful candidate will be experienced in business-to-business solutions consulting focused on technology and personnel solutions. Responsibilities include meeting or exceeding monthly and yearly sales objectives while providing customers with the highest levels of service throughout the sales process. The ideal candidate will grow and protect market share within their assigned accounts, contact prospective customers through a combination of email, telephone, and in-person contacts, obtain appointments, prepare presentations and proposals, close sales, and develop strategic plans for each account.
DUTIES INCLUDE:
Analysis of business processes, including client interviews, workflow validation, and detailing process steps.
Integrate multiple variables of technologies and processes into a single deliverable solution.
Serve as primary support liaison between team and client, conveying customer feedback to solution team.
Maintain a high level of competence, coordinate and develop assignments as well as identify, capture and share expertise.
Capable of building a compelling business case using ROI.
Deliver conceptual presentations based on clients' needs.
Maintain customer relationships and retain/renew accounts.
Ability to work with a team and independently.
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to develop trust with C-level executives.
Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, enthusiastic, high energy, and results-driven.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills.
5-10 years of successful sales and experience.
COMPENSATION:
Base pay based on background and experience, plus unlimited and on-going commissions for new and retained accounts.
